Compliance and vetting
Every member of staff we supply is fully vetted and compliant before they begin a placement. There are no exceptions.
All compliance is managed in-house by our dedicated compliance team. We track expiry dates, flag renewals and maintain accurate records so that you do not have to.
In-house training
Our in-house trainer Leanne Kirkup delivers practical, classroom-based learning for our elderly care workforce. Training is reviewed regularly in line with CQC expectations and current legislation, and is provided at no cost to Pin Point candidates.
