Safeguarding and compliance
All staff placed in complex children’s settings go through our full compliance and safeguarding process. No exceptions.
All staff also benefit from our free in-house classroom-based training, keeping them current with legislation, best practice and specialist techniques for working with children with complex needs.
In-house training
All Pin Point candidates placed in complex children’s settings receive free in-house training from our trainer Leanne Kirkup. Training is classroom-based, practical and regularly updated to reflect current legislation, OFSTED requirements and specialist techniques for this field.
