About Pin Point

Pin Point was founded in the North East of England with a clear purpose: to provide reliable, high-quality staffing solutions to care and social care providers who needed staff they could trust. Nearly two decades on, that purpose has not changed. Pin Point remains independently run and locally rooted, and our consultants still personally vet every care worker we place.

As a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, we hold ourselves to recognised industry standards on compliance, safeguarding and candidate care. Every placement is backed by proper compliance checks and ongoing support, because in care the right person in the right place matters.

We work from three offices, each staffed by recruitment consultants with strong local connections to employers and candidates in their region.

We take time to understand your service, the roles you need to fill and the standards you work to, so everyone we put forward is a genuine fit.

  • STEP 2
interviews & selection

We shortlist from our vetted pool of nurses, care assistants and support workers, all trained to Skills for Care standards, then arrange interviews and handle references and compliance.

  • STEP 3
contract offer & follow-up

We confirm the placement, manage the paperwork and stay in close contact to make sure both the service and the staff member are well supported.

Enhanced DBS checked

Every member of staff we supply holds a current enhanced DBS check before they begin a placement.

All Staff Fully Referenced

We verify a minimum of two professional references for every candidate, so you know exactly who is joining your service.

Staff Trained before placement

Mandatory training, covering safeguarding, moving and handling and medication management, before their first shift.
