Good care staff training, aligned with Skills for Care standards, is not a tick-box exercise. Quality care staff training is the foundation of safe, high-quality care. At Pin Point, we deliver a comprehensive in-house training programme that combines practical classroom teaching with current legislation, best practice and real-world experience.
As well as providing free training to all our registered candidates, we offer our full training programme to external care providers - giving care homes, supported living services, children's residential homes and NHS settings access to high-quality CPD-accredited training without the cost of building it in-house.
Meet Leanne Kirkup - Training Manager
All Pin Point training is delivered by Leanne Kirkup, our Training Manager. Leanne brings extensive experience from the NHS, local authority and private care sectors. Her training is known for being practical, engaging and directly relevant to the environments candidates will actually work in.
Leanne does not just deliver slides. She makes sure every person leaving her sessions feels genuinely more confident and capable in their role.
