Safeguarding and compliance

All staff placed through our complex children's care staffing go through our full compliance and safeguarding process. No exceptions.

Work in Complex Children's Care

In-house training

All Pin Point candidates placed in complex children's settings receive free in-house training from our trainer Leanne Kirkup. Training is classroom-based, practical and regularly updated to reflect current legislation, OFSTED requirements and specialist techniques for this field.
