About Pin Point - we are a trusted social care recruitment agency that care providers across the North East and South London trust, with over 18 years of experience placing nurses, care assistants, support workers and specialist care staff with providers across the UK.
We operate from three offices - Gateshead, Middlesbrough and London - giving us genuine local knowledge across the North of England and Greater London.

Pin Point was founded in the North East of England with a clear purpose: to provide reliable, high-quality staffing solutions to care and social care providers who needed staff they could trust. Nearly two decades on, that purpose has not changed. Pin Point remains independently run and locally rooted, and our consultants still personally vet every care worker we place.
As a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, we hold ourselves to recognised industry standards on compliance, safeguarding and candidate care. Every placement is backed by proper compliance checks and ongoing support, because in care the right person in the right place matters.

Every member of staff we supply holds a current enhanced DBS check before they begin a placement.
All Staff Fully Referenced
We verify a minimum of two professional references for every candidate, so you know exactly who is joining your service.
Staff Trained before placement
Mandatory training, covering safeguarding, moving and handling and medication management, before their first shift.
